When she tries to talk to them and they do not listen, she uses something they value. Like for this kid, she destroyed his toys which consisted of helicopters and cars. She crushed them with her high heels and told him she will continue if he did not listen and obey.

Then an idea occurred to her and she decided to smash them instead. That was much better and it was a lot of fun.
