Lady Victoria did not want her husband to continue smoking. She was not ok with it as she knew the health implications for him. So she tried to dissuade him but he did not want to be talked out of it. He resisted her attempts and that pissed her off as they had a young child. So the mistress took out his cigarette packs and she crushed them with her high heel boots. She then told him that he would be next if he did not stop.
Lady Victoria likes to do whatever she wants. Today she was bored to the extent that the only thing she felt like doing was crushing the cigarette packs she had in the house. The mistress did not even know why she was drawn to crushing them. All she knew was that she wanted to smash and crush them so she did so. It was more fun than she had thought it would be.
Lady Victoria had been waiting for this guy for hours and she had cancelled other important engagements so as to push through the deal she had with him. When he came late and did not bother to apologize, she took out her anger on him by trampling his hands with her boots. But she waited for the deal to be signed first so that she did not waste her time.
